2011 Market Season brings ...

Every week at the Paisley Farmer's Market, since Victoria Day weekend until Thanksgiving Weekend our HOT FOOD BOOTH has served delicious and special foods. JOIN US to celebrate the closing of another amazing year on October 8th.    This extra special meal will consist of locally grown . . .  Roast Beef or Apple Glazed Pork Roast.  Mashed or Baby Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, Cole Slaw and a Homemade Dinner Roll.  Choice of drink (Coffee, Pop, Chocolate Milk and Apple Cider)  Choice of dessert (Apple Pie, Apple Betty, Pumpkin Pie or Cherry Cheescake)  Add to that a FREE bottle of Water. All this for just $13.50.    Every market purchase from the quality vendors we have, gives you the opportunity to win a food basket worth $50.    See you in Paisley on the next two Saturdays.

           Melissa Kanmacher accepted the basket for her 10 year old son Nathaniel
           because he was off putting his Paisley Farmer's Market entry in at the Paisley Fall Fair.
           His was the ONLY entry! Well done Nathaniel!
           Next year, we expand the age group of this fair class.

           as to help you with your Christmas Shopping.
             Vendor fee Oct. 8th just $15.

May 21 Greet, Meat and Eat/strong> 

  The food booth featured breakfast buffet including pancakes, french toast with locally made fresh maple syrup, eggs and homemade farmer sausage, baked oatmeal, and a breakfast casserole. First 25 customers received a free mug with their coffee. Customers  popped a balloon for discounts & free items from the food booth.

June 3rd - The Wind Blows in ...and everyone survives, but one tent!

June 11th - Weekly Gift Basket Draw

  Starting this week, every vendor will put a gift valuing approx $5 in a basket for a draw. Every time you make a purchase you get a ballot and then at noon the draw is made.

June 25th -
There were lots of strawberries at the market. Peas, spinach, radishes, dried peaches and pears, fresh strawberry jam, dried beans, butter tarts, specialty breads, lettuce - leaf and head lettuce, summer sausage and pepperettes. A Yummy day.
Paisley Farmers Market Weekly Draw

Saturday, June 25's winner was Cathy Cake from St. Mary's. She was camping at the Bluffs and came to the village to visit the market. Paisley Farmers' Market President, Sarah Slater, met her there, with the Basket of Goodness she won at the 12:00 draw.
It contained $75 worth of product including strawberries, apple butter, strawberry pie, a card, a scrubbie, a bag of spinach, strawberry tarts, some dried beans, some monkey bread, some pepperettes and much more.
